We agree on your arrival time before your stay. At the agreed date and time, someone will meet you at the property to hand over the key in person — no lockboxes or codes, just a direct contact to welcome you. Check-out works the same way, at the agreed time.
We accept bank transfer and MB WAY. Once you send proof of payment with your name and stay dates, your booking is confirmed — no credit cards and no intermediary commissions.
